Clear answers. No fine-print surprises.
Is RIAL FINTRAC certified?
No certification or regulatory approval is claimed. The software must be evaluated and configured to the reporting entity’s actual legal obligations.
Does sanctions screening replace manual review?
No. Potential matches require policy-driven handling and appropriate human review, and underlying list quality must be maintained.
Are STRs automatically filed?
No. Development code for report candidates does not mean a live STR, EFTR, LCTR or LVCTR submission has been completed.
